How to use this codifier

1) ET collaborator willing to codify a document should send to Virginie Bornes the title of the document and the authors.

2) the documents will be listed on an online file and the requester will receive a sequential code having the format ET-xxx-09, obviously, the last 2 digits are the year.

3) ET collaborator should complete the document with the code and then send a pdf version to Virginie Bornes

4) the document will be stored in the workarea
